| 工作描述： | 1：交期回复，同时根据订单需求、客户Forcast、产能、市场预测，摆MPS， 在SAP系统展MRP。 2：Daily Schedule作业，负责整个产品厂的生产计划与安排，共六条线十二 个班，合理安排生产，计 划工单上线时间，防止交期跳票，同时对出货 异常部分追踪。 3：产线异常处理，包括缺料、制程以及设计异常，确保正常流线。 4：WIP管控，缩短工单L/T,降低在制品成本。 5：成品库存管控，缩短库存周转时间，降低库存成本。 6：短、中期产能分析与规划，线体与班别的增减，确保产能满足客户需 求。 7：新机种首批量产的全面追踪，以及异常处理等。 8：月销售计划、物料计划的制定与追踪。 |
